QuickGuard privacy policy

QuickGuard: Home Services, QuickGuard Partner and the QuickGuard website · Updated 31 October 2026

This policy explains how the QuickGuard service team handles information when customers arrange home services and professionals use QuickGuard Partner. “QuickGuard”, “we” and “our” refer to the team operating these services.

Information you provide

We use your phone number and OTP authentication records to sign you in. You may provide your name, email, communication preferences, service addresses, appointment details, service instructions, reviews and support messages.

Partners may also provide a selfie, PAN and Aadhaar or other identity/address proofs, service skills, working areas, onboarding meeting details and optional supporting certificates. Payout setup may include the account holder name, bank, account details, IFSC or UPI ID. Service records can include before/after photos, customer service-start PIN verification, job status, earnings and collection declarations.

Location, camera, photos and calendar

Location access helps you choose or confirm a service address. You can enter an address manually instead. When a partner chooses to share their current work location for an assigned job, the location and accuracy can be sent to QuickGuard for that booking. This release does not require background location access or continuously track partners while off work.

The camera or selected-photo picker is used when you choose to submit a selfie, verification document or work photo. Calendar access is used when you choose to add an onboarding appointment and check whether it was already added. Denying optional permissions does not itself delete information already submitted.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts, check serviceability, arrange bookings, assign and support professionals, review onboarding, record service completion, manage invoices, earnings and payments, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent misuse and maintain security. Optional promotional communications follow your saved preferences; essential service communications are separate.

Who can receive information

Assigned professionals receive the customer contact, address, appointment and service information needed for their work. Customers may see the assigned professional’s service profile and relevant reviews. Authorised operations, support and KYC reviewers access information needed for their roles.

We use hosting/database infrastructure and, where enabled, MSG91 for OTP delivery and WhatsApp Cloud API for account/service messages. Map, geocoding and tile providers may receive coordinates or map requests when those features are used. A call, email or navigation action you choose can open the corresponding service on your device. These providers process information under their own policies. This policy does not claim a payment or KYC provider has verified a record merely because QuickGuard stores it.

Security

Live services use HTTPS. Login sessions and OTP challenges are controlled on the server. Private document and work-photo downloads require authorised access; bank account and UPI values use encrypted server storage. These controls do not constitute a guarantee of absolute security or a security certification. Do not share login OTPs, full bank credentials or identity scans in an ordinary support message.

Retention and deletion

We keep information needed to operate your account, complete requested services and handle related payments, support or disputes. Deletion requests are reviewed manually. We verify account ownership and identify the account and associated information covered by the request before deleting or anonymising information that is no longer needed.

Records connected to an unresolved booking, unsettled payment, dispute, security investigation or applicable legal obligation may need to be retained for that purpose. Support will explain which information is retained and the applicable reason and retention criteria. We do not promise a fixed deletion deadline or immediate removal of every historical copy. A closure request is the start of this process, not confirmation that erasure has already happened.

You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Signing out, removing a device permission or uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Request account and data deletion.

Your choices and contact

You can update available account/preferences controls and contact us about access, corrections or deletion. We may ask for proportionate information to verify ownership. A reason for deletion is optional; do not send unnecessary KYC or bank documents.
